OMG, the good old days where companies were creative with their device designs and shapes, nowadays designs were all same in from ie, full screen back different orientation of camera, thats all.
with this foldable screen, companies have option to get creative and bring interesting designs back instead of just boring flat/flip/fold screens.

I want one! the only thing that may put people off is the shuffling positions of the side buttons.

Looks cool. Phone designs have gotten so boring. I miss the days of the Nokia N Series phones that did all sorts of interesting things with sliding and other ideas. It will be nice if foldable screens lets people get creative again.

That said, I think folding screen technology is still a long way from being as slick and cool in actual practice as it looks in the concept video. But maybe someday.

Marko, 14 Dec 2020Impossible to build with current tech. Our displays are too fragile to bend like thatIdk of you noticed but their is the "inverted" hinge mechanism to have it close without a gap. So that fixes one problem but you are also right the displays are too fragile..but that can also fixed by reenforcing the screen with a copper plate behind it so it helps with cooling and gives it structure

Nwannem1, 14 Dec 2020Oppo please I beg you don't launch this. It makes no sense if you don't like it don't buy it,
you seem to think your opinion is more important than the opinions of the ones that do like the concept,
