Iphones were not looted. WISTRON has clarified, no phone swere stolen. They lied go media that loss was 437 crore, but the actual loss after investigation is only 41 crore(company property). Company has not paid salary to employees is the reason for violence.

The violence took in wistron is because not paying the salaries which are in contract and also giving the working hr ie 8 hr but make them to work 12 hr and also paying less salary as they stated

Need to briefly look into the below points
- Does Wistron really paid to the labour contract
- Isn't the Wistron need to check if the labour contract is paying the amount to workers on regular basis ?
- If Wistron can show evidence that the wages are paid in time to labour contract then the labour contract need to be made stand liable.
- Need to see if the labour contract has missed to pay to workers though it got the payments from Wistron.
- and also need to investigate if any intentional activities involved from any sources be it with in the country or from outside the country.
