Once the Apple haterz notice the macbook pro with M1, they immediately jump to the comments section trying to justify their inferior windows laptops with "MACOS IS HAVOCOOSSSSSSSS" bull.

Your performance/Watt score, battery life etc. is useless as no one wants to switch from Windows to Mac.
As the other guy said, only hardcore loyalist will buy the M1 based Mac.

Why would you need a m1 mac if you have an ipad pro which should be better in every way, at least till the compatibility issues and optimization problems are resolved?

None of those stated affect M1 Macs in anyway, And sorry to disappoint you, but you CAN use it more then just web-browsing. And it has all the benefits iPad have, instant on, long battery life. You had to be a "fanboy" to deny all these.

For me its obviously A7c, 0€ console from microsoft(xcloud), drop thx panda(ldac+planar), tin hifi p2,... there is way more interesting devices going on, like my self made uv+visible+ir full spectrum camera on old note3, you won't buy it anywhere though.

I don't think it has actually changed.
OS X was great when it was against XP. But things aren't the same anymore.
Windows is not difficult to use and the UI isn't ugly anymore.
And OS X itself admitted it's inferiority when it comes to selection of applications by introduction of bootcamp and parallels.
This whole debate of OS X is great and unrivalled is actually stupid.
And security? Macs lost big time when meltdown and spectre were revealed. All macs are intel based and with over 240 hardware level security issues haunting intel, you didn't even have an option to go for AMD or ARM.
Now M1 has indeed brought some change, but I think apple has let down those who bought Mac Pros recently.
Only hardcore loyalists (or fanboys) would be totally fine during this transition period (or you have to be someone who don't really use your laptop much other than to browse websites). You're better off with an ipad pro rather than a M1 mac till then.

It is funny to see people denying still. This year, M1 Macs owns all in terms of price and performance per watt. Youtubers and influencers have to use desktop class, 15 inchers, gaming laptops JUST to compare with M1.. and that's only in terms of performance, power consumption is way off the charts.
Next 2 years, their fav desktop class machines will start to be owned by Apple. Then Microsoft's Windows will be available on Mac, then the critics will cry because their last ammo is gone. That has always being MacOS, the most flexible OS in the world, can run Windows / Linux / Android (x86) etc etc. Now it can run iPadOS / Linux / Windows / Android (native).

You should look up where all Nvidia products are being used.

You can't compare M1 chip and OS X for arm and an X86 chip, whether it's amd or intel.
Next, you need to get your facts right.
8 core ryzen chips are now available in ultrathin notebooks like yoga slim 7 (15W, ryzen 7 4800u) and Zephyrus G14 (35W HS chips). 4800u was the chip that was mentioned most in the intel's presentation of Tigerlake processors....
Now lets get to the performance of M1 chip. No matter how much you glorify it, it's still RISC/ ARM. It's not that X86 can't keep up with it. It's just that apple can customize their own chip far better than they could with intel without wasting much resources.
Compatibility issues and optimization problems are going to be there for a while, but I am sure Apple isn't gonna be like Microsoft and ruin their product, but until then M1 macs are just glorified ipads, which are essentially magnified ipods..
If you want to run windows or some demanding tasks, you still have to go for intel based macs for now.

Dude their 2080's and soon their 3000's lineup are used for graphics and 3d designing. they use it to design games, decoding high res video, building intense complicated 3d builds and many other graphical intense work.
