I don't know what is wrong with Snapdragon 888. It has been named as such and not 875 but the performance doesn't seem to be following the naming pattern.

Anyone noticed that this was benchmarked using Geekbench 5.1? The scores will be way lower if this was done using Geekbench 5.2.5. Not really impressive initial scores honestly. Or are they intentionally using older Geekbench version to make the scores higher?

I love Samsung and i know the only thing that lacks in samsung phones is a good processors that does not heat easily and gives enough power to game and stream without much lag.

The rest of the world can support exynos chip based phones. Btw, a lot more phones are sold in a market like India compared to US, so Samsung will still be able to sell a lot of these chips.

Now that the pressure is off, they can go back to using a single chipset.

very strange this the exynos 1080 us mid to high end
and exynos 2100 is highest but the benchmark leaks for that are lower

What? So Exy 1080 has more multicore score than 2100? Geekbench version is different on both samples (5.1.0 vs 5.2.5), but is that true?

If this year Exynos will be better than Snapdragon chipset, I'm expecting Samsung to put Exynos version for US/Canada markets and SD version for the rest of the World.

I've been saying this for years, you cannot directly compare devices running completely different OSs because there's no data available showing how well optimised the test suite is.
The arguments I've had with Apple fanatics and paid commenters on that one!
