Yes , People don't know Realme & Realme X50 was insanely priced , if it was $ 110 - 120 or so less it would have grabbed the market. Again its cameras are not so good across the board. Its also not full 5G compatible only few bands.
Realme 6 Pro would have captured a niche section of market before Realme decided to Cannibalise its sale by selling very few units in market like India ( Yes , to Promote 7 Pro ).
During sales like Black Friday , it was never available.
Realme x3 had bad cameras ( Or should I say again - cannibalised for X3 SuperZoom ) so people could buy X3SuperZoom. It Pictures had marginally poor dynamic range , muted colours (marginally) , & 1.9x Zoom instead of Proper 2x. It was behind X50 & 6 Pro.
X3 SZ & X3 also had poor night modes ( See GSMARENA review of x3sz ). Plus poor screen for price for most part it was also overpriced by USD 110 - 120 just like X50. All this happened due to pricing , no SD CARD , & no 3.5mm Jack. ( For both X50pro & x3SZ ).
Obiviously many people don't know Realme = Oppo.

I will agree that Realme X50Pro and X50Pro player edition are good flagship killer by two month using experience,but even in China they dont sell well.
Why?
1.Unfamous brand.For tech fans we know Realme belong to OPPO,but for normal buyer,no.Realme dont sell their phone in OPPO retail store in China until recently month(The later X7 and X7Pro are sold in OPPO store now).And they dont share costomer service too
2.It do have some advantage compare to Redmi K30Pro(Poco F2Pro in global),like the 90Hz screen instead of 60Hz,the 65W charging compare to 30W.But K30Pro are cheaper and always have more discount.The Mi10,in other hand,beaten the X50Pro by more premium camera,better UI.
3.OPPO group's problem
Realme X50P, Oneplus 8,OPPO ACE2 have close price and close spec(all FHD+ 90Hz screen,OPPO and Realme have similar UI and same charging tech)
It do make buyer confused.
This thing happened at late 2019 too,the Reno ACE,Realme X2Pro and Oneplus 7T are fight against each other.
At 2021,there will be no successor of Realme X50Pro...Realme get ACE series as step son

Phones increased price by $200-300 compared to last generation.

Man realme really killed xia... moreThey're only top 3 because 2020 is a messed up year with people being restricted to go places. I'd rather chance my $200 dollars on a disposable brand than risk $1000 on a really good brand that doesn't work for what I need.
I thought the west was known for being disposable but with the promotion of these cheap phones it looks like asia is the king.

It's the same problem with all BBK brands:. Once established, they will start to jack up prices. And then create another budget brand to start over.

Not a fan of the brand, but I'm grateful for the competition they brought in the value market.
And I hope that they ran out of depth sensors to put on the front. This pill cutout has to stop.

Realme 7 pro 6gb 128gb sold for 20k inr
Realme 6 pro came with 30watt charger
Realme 7 pro came with 65watt charger
Realme sells 50watt charger for 1700 inr
Realme 6 pro had versatile camera but tradeoff for periscope camera is you get amoled screen which is fair trade.
Realme 7 pro comes with dual stereo speaker which is useful then single speaker in realme 6 pro.
Realme 6 pro screen was lcd (agreed with 90hz) but at 450nits while realme 7 pro gets 600 nits amoled (60hz amoled still better then 90hz lcd)
