true, but at the same time nobody is forcing you to buy their stuff. prices will go down if nobody buys their stuff.

Here we go again, Sammy used to mock Apple product's but look at now.

P.S. I didn't say that Apple is the one that originally built that kind of feature, But they're the one who trends it and make it boom(just spitting some facts)😉

Anonymous, 21 Dec 2020That's why the 3.5mm jack was removed. Not for a bigger battery.Yes we all know that. Apple did the same thing, so you would buy airpods. Google did it with the og pixel buds as well.

Samsung at least gave people a year to buy their wireless earbuds (not counting the gear icon x) before getting rid of the headphone jack.

My S10 had a jack full of lint after only using wireless earbuds for a year.

Anonymous, 21 Dec 2020Hey look, it's the buds+ with updated software for over twice the price. Nice. Its all for the noise cancelation and some 3D audio tech that tracks where you're looking and adjusts, which sounds like something for VR. Way more than just software

But I don't think its worth it, especially since the batteries are half the size of buds plus and ANC will definitely make the battery life much shorter. I'm guessing 6 hours normal and 3 ANC.

For 229€ you can get E1DA gen3 DAC and excellent IEMs with 2.5mm balanced cable. Those who are audiophiles will know how funny is to compare those things.
However, I own Galaxy Buds+, they are excellent for calls and very decent for musing considering they a are BT. Obviously AKG is doing their job properly, since it all belong to Samsung now.

Why not 550 euros? I mean, we're in the age of corporations charging us whatever they want for things.

Are all the communications engineers based in Samsung's developement center? It's like they are the only functioning telecom company outside of China. I guess they are truly the best none Chines company, I think that though I am not yet a Sumsang fan, I should shift my loyalities.

Blamze, 21 Dec 2020Every buds from samsung cost more and more, what a shameI mean, this is a new set of category of earbuds for Samsung, not a successor to the Galaxy Buds+ or the Galaxy Buds Live. Samsung would probably sell it alongside their old products, and not replacing it.

Just like how the the Buds+ and Buds Live are competing with Airpods Gen2, the Buds Pro will be competing with the Airpods Pro. And the price will be reflected as well.
