They do not create clones of something, they took the idea and made it their own. And because of that, it shines above the rest, and able to charge the price for it.
All these clones leverage on something that already existed, so they can't and will not compete on price. Only after years and years of innovation then, they can hope to compete.

To be honest, not fond of the Galaxy Buds either. Sit funny in the ear. I prefer the brand Skull Candy myself, wired earbuds, wireless over ear and wireless buds are great.
