I can't believe EU is fighting for a common phone charger (all the phones to have the same charging port) but they're fine with phones shipping without chargers?!!!
My next tv will probably ship without a power cord and I'll have to buy one to use the tv I've paid for.

Your chargers there are being sold almost on every sidewalks or stores and are worth just like coins in your pockets. In some areas compatibility and quality matters cause what's the point of buying a 120 W charger if you don't know or have the assurance that the charger is made to do what it's supposed to do and not turn your phone into a freaking bomb or firestarter.

The prices of a specific smartphone still varies per country. And most smartphones that really sells worldwide were mid to upper midrange and last year’s flagship ones. People are getting wiser and practical, they’re basing their purchase on what they really need first not just what they wanted or dreamed of.
