it beats me why xiaomi which I believe were among the first to demo an UDC, is still avoiding using the technology. I for one have zero reasons to upgrade my 2 year old phone, until a phone with close to 100% display to body ratio appears.

Some of Xiaomi's recent phones with smaller displays are crazy wide at 77 mm. I won't buy anything over 75 and prefer narrower. Xiaomi has a size obsession!
