Could it be a problem with google who issue the initial fixes who are doing something to mess up devices. My samsung and realme phones are lagging badly when using a browser after the last update.

Please don't update, OnePlus going Apple way to force to upgrade by slowing the phone with each update.
My 1+ 6T was perfectly fine till I updated to 10.3.7 Oxygen OS, suddenly now it freezes randomly, battery drains 1% every 2mins even in idle.

Please don't install the latest update on your OnePlus 8T. The device will lag while using media sources like YouTube, Netflix etc.

8t still on Sept security patch lol, my Galaxy S8+ got way faster updates than this 1+. One UI is better than oxygen OS and samsung provides faster updates than oneplus in 2020. Period.

This is the worst update ever, guys my advice is don't do it. I did the update and my phone now glitches every time I play media, wether it's a song or video, it lags every 4 seconds exactly, I just got the 8t like a week ago and now it's just unusable. Even when playing insta or snap videos it's unwatchable.
