If they would need to use MediaTek, G85 or G90T should a way to go. even Redmi 9 uses a newer faster G80 way back in June 2020 and planning to use Dimenstiy on their lower end by 2021.

Gotta say though, LG is much worse when it comes to spamming Helio P35 phones in their K & Q-series.

it looks like somebody has too much Helio P35 left in their stocks, haha. Its seems that Vivo and Oppo business model of offering overprice phones for mediocre specs (and slashing their prices a few months after) is already catching and bitting their ass. More and more people now are able to distinguish what phones are really trash. Vivo and Oppo advertisement and media presence are nonexistent due to the pandemic.
