Anonymous, 31 Dec 2020USB c made the headphone jack redundant. Apple started the trend, but the rest would have done... moreyou are a one eyed man. arent you?
headphone jack is dead which is a atrocious trend and it just paved a way for business. nothing else.

like 3.5mm, removable battery is not that important. a battery lasts 2-3 years if you take care of your device. people rarely uses their phone past 3 years now a days. so its totally fine having a sealed battery.

see! whatever you need, might could be redundant for others. people like you are the reason for whatever practice companies are carrying on.

I am not buying a phone which doesn't have a charger. Why should I use my old charger for my new on? The most illogical decision I heard is this one from a very big company like Samsung. They better rethink what they are doing. I insist on for people to give me the original charger even if I am buying a second hand phone.... Does Samsung want to loose money? Fine. I recently bought a Note 10 plus. My next phone will be Note 20 Ultra and I think that will be the end of it. I don't care about the headphones because I already have Galaxy Buds...

Apple may be boring but they give you much longer updates, plus re-sale value of every iPhone is better in the end.

I love android, Apple is boring... but I don't see any excitement in Android aside from the freedom I prefer, and Apple gives you much longer updates.

When you are paying top money for the latest flagship phone you want it complete, not parts missing. I could understand a charger not been supplied with budget phones and maybe even some mid range phones that would help to keep the cost down.
The jump in technology from last years flagship is too small now for them to get away with this. just stick with what you have or buy last years flagship.
Hopefully this turns out to be fake news.

Enough said. It is time to get together to teach Samsung a lesson by not buying the S21 series junk. Some people can only learn the hard way.

Anonymous, 31 Dec 2020USB c made the headphone jack redundant. Apple started the trend, but the rest would have done... moreI'm just thinking out of the box here but I think it would be hard to charge a phone with no charger. I can't generate electricity myself, maybe you can.
Silly reply to your comment I know but let say it's your first phone and you don't have a charger already? Now pay even more for something that should be standard.
Would you buy a brand new car with no wheels?

You can keep your brand that has the same identical features as every other iphone user on the planet. Android has and always will stand to be different, hence the magnitude of brand offerings with many different experiences.
Apple = Boring
Android = Excitement

And yes, also because they still sell and will outlive the BT ones as well as the flimsy usb-c port.

Kiya, 30 Dec 2020While waiting S21+/ultra, I'll buy OP 8 pro. It seems much better than S21 series. :-(But you don't know anything for real about the S21 series, just leaks that so far don't make sense.

I usually buy 10W chargers for €10 on Amazon. Of course only reputable ones. Let's hope they don't put a hardware lock on charger and battery so we are forced to buy Samsung chargers...

Just ridiculous how they treat consumers nowadays.

Samsung leadership is disappointing, it's all about big profit and no investment in innovation.

Two option would be the best. Default is no accessories and the other is giving them to those who will request them for a low low fee of 99 cents.

Samsung fans who were trolling apple for same decision what they are doing about this?? Are they defending this as go green initiative by Samsung?? Lol.. this is just a rumor though.

Samsung officially trolled notch and they followed same immediately. I don't remember whether They trolled apple's decision of not including charger & earphone.
