YUKI93, 08 Jan 2021Do Ryzen ever been able to run Chrome OS in the first place?Yes it can. Ryzen = x86.. same as intel. Sure can run Chromebook.
Still cannot see the point of Chromebooks. I'd rather take a Linux laptop instead. Sure that some might argue about the ability of running Play Store apps on a laptop, but what's the problem with owning an Android tablet in the first place?
Anonymous, 08 Jan 2021That's exactly the point. Don't use Intel 😂Yup upcoming 5600U from AMD is shaping up to be the best Processor notebook ever
Anonymous, 07 Jan 2021Noone wants unreliable.junk in their work laptops. That's exactly the point. Don't use Intel 😂
I would take an OLED display over a QLED display every time. This is a step backwards.
Anonymous, 07 Jan 2021Noone wants unreliable.junk in their work laptops.Unreliable junk? Says otherwise of Linus Travalds the main developer of the Linux kernel, that powers... Eh, loads?
Anonymous, 07 Jan 2021DDR 5 ram? what are you talking aboutya nvm that part
AnonD-973296, 07 Jan 2021very mixed bag, on one hand u have 4K display and loud speakers and on the other hand u have, ... moreI agree. 1000$ is a steep price for this.
Hell I wouldn't buy it for half the price.
I wish Samsung laptops were a tad more competitive as I like their designs...
Anonymous, 07 Jan 2021Its a chromebook !and? im sorry i have never gone laptop shopping in my life
Samsung should use Ryzen processors in its laptops with the top graphica cores. They're cheaper and way better, compared to their Intel counterparts.
very mixed bag, on one hand u have 4K display and loud speakers and on the other hand u have, only 8 gigs of DDR3 RAM, a choice between celeron or i3 and only 128gigs max with SD on board. they could have shoved either more RAM or maybe DDR4 or 5 at least. and maybe a higher end option for i5 would be a nice idea as well
