Oh no. The camera module looks like the Mi 10T. I just wanna make it clear. The design of the V40 was certainly finished months before the Mi 10T was released. They did not copy Xiaomi. Both of the companies just had the same design for the camera

It's still their flagship series so would expect a good camera set-up. As there is no announcement about a pro model yet though it's possible that a pro model is going to be released later with a very good camera set-up

AljeanT, 08 Jan 2021Disappointed on their rear camera design. Usually Honor flagships look great. Not this time. This time honor phone's made by different company not Huawei. So technically it's honor's (new honor) first phone

Looks like the camera will be a downgrade on the V30 series. That setup looks like it might be the same as the Nova 8pro with two useless sensors, a poor ultrawide and a mediocre 64mp main. That would be disappointing as the V30 pro camera and V30 camera set ups were very good. The honor 30 series too all had excellent cameras
