Have to say I am a proud owner of the best phone for Android that is missing nothing and has literally everything an android fun wish to have and thats not just to say for fun bit it's true of you check the specs of this phone you will see what I mean it's the complete android solution

But phones were smart before they were touchy, remember Symbian? Nokia 7650 is from 2002, and by 2006 there were beasts like Nokia N95 with internet, wifi, Java and Symbian apps, multitasking, etc, etc. Of course, nothing like what we have today, but at the time way smarter than the first touchscreens.

Is it, really? Remember when Google redesigned the entire Android interface in a few months around touchscreens after seeing the iPhone (and the Prada)?
"To be clear, this wasn’t a “smartphone” but a feature phone instead. You could run simple Java apps (J2ME)."
Well, at least you could have run some other apps. The first iPhone was not "a smartphone" either, with no app store until iOS 2.0.

Great to see them trying, same as sony, hard to find a phone with satisfying camera+jack. Hopefully they won't give up on jack like in Wing, wish I see new rollable/bendable tech with this awesome feature.

Apple invented nothing. Most of the technologies in mobile world belong to Sony and LG. Heck, even first iPhone was made with Sony help.

Come on... You will never get apple to admit such. Look what happened with galaxy tab. The first generation. The idea came from star trek, long before Apple iPad was even a thought. Still, Apple managed to pay the court.

In 2 years iphone or samsung will will create a phone like lg wing and say its an innovation and the peoples who said lg wing is useless will say this is innovation and their phones will be selled millions. Then everyone will say samsung or apple innovate swivel phone.

I remember seeing ads for this one. I personally got to use the LG Chocolate instead. It was one of the best looking sliders back in the day. No touch-screen stuff, but it was an eye-catcher. Kind of like the LG Wing of it's time.
Man, phones had so much identity back then. Now they all look alike.

Anonymous, 10 Jan 2021This model I'm telling people for years.. Apple as usual copying other companies..Apple never invents anything. They either steal & modify ideas from other brands or buy new inventions & integrate them into their products.

I have this one in my collection. It still works, but there's not much to do with it in 2021. Even the camera is only sort of acceptable in bright sunlight. The interface and the stock sounds are beautiful, though.
