But will it have NFC this time? That was a huge deal breaker for me last time. The world is integrating NFC more and more every day and I personally use it at least three times daily, much more if I'm going out on the town. I'll never understand why they ditched it previously but I hope it shows this time around.

im actually happy to know its reduced from 4700 to 4500mah, which mean the phone will be lighter and charge faster, bs3 user here. which mean when i die early in mutliplayer game i can leave my phone to make a coffee and came back its 5

Anonymous, 11 Jan 20214500mah gaming phone LOLmy 4700mah bs3 charge 0-100 in 38-40minutes, with heavy game time 4 hours, compare to rog3 5 hours heavy game time but need 2 hours to charge. and it weight 20 gram less also. I prefer fast charging than slightly longer game time with forever charging time.

my blackshark 3 beats rog 3 in heat department(both without fan cooling) but its far less popular than rog3 despite its only 3/4 the price of rog3 , also with hifi 3.5mm headphonejack. asus become the apple in gaming android world.
Another comparison = bs2pro vs rog 2(same chipset) the touch response is like 24ms vs 49ms !!

Andreidinutu, 11 Jan 2021Hold up there, not only do I have the bs2, but it only got 33w chargingI have the Black Shark 2 as well, it's charger is 27W, I'm in the "bigger battery" camp too but if it has fast charging it's ok because I own the "Black Shark Fun cooler" (which is a stupid name in my opinion.

Heaviest I know of is 240g. Most popular flagships these days from Samsung and Apple are around 220-230g.
I'll rather take a slightly heavier phone if it means bigger and better battery life.
I am glad the thin phone craze died in 2020 with most phones having significant thickness to accommodate bigger battery and cameras.

Specced like crazy means nothing if it cant handle a splash of water.
