Samsung uses Exynos to avoid paying the Qualcomm tax. Charging the same amount of money for an inferior product.
Other reasons: Samsung needs to keep Exynos alive to appease the labor unions in South Korea. Samsung also sees itself as the de facto Android rival of Apple, so it wants to use its own custom chips. Observe how One UI becomes more and more like iOS with every update, Samsung no longer including the charger in the box etc.
If Exynos were that good or at least cost effective, many other Android phones would be using Exynos chips instead of Qualcomm Snapdragon.
I rest my case.

10Plus, 13 Jan 2021Exynos haters be like: oooh, this is not true😲😲What do you mean by haters.... exynos was always 2-3 generations behind compared to sd..... I am using s10 so i know it sucks in gaming and never had issues with processing power. Same here exynos 2100 will be more powerful than sd888 but it will again lag behind in gpu, it has got 10 less cores than kirin.

I don't care if Exynos or Snapdragon is in my phone and I don't even care if that processor is a bit weaker than the other one because I know both will be powerfull enough to handle everything I throw at it during those 3-4 years.

lol, a mobile SOC is not supposed to reach 65°C in any circumstance. It's impossible for any passive cooling solution to dissipate that much heat.

The fact is that while we are fighting over SD888 vs Exynos 2100 and IQOO 7 vs Mi 11 and whatnot, we need to be more united. Like Instagram models using iPhones instead of for example Vivo X60Pro, we would need to convince them that these phones deserve to be status symbols instead of Apple stuff.

You know geekbench is own by apple they lowering score every update to make bionic look super fast
