power depends on resolution. A 720p display phone with SD765G will be better at gaming than a 1440p SD865 phone.

And majority of the reviews I see on this site are about 50/50 for liking / disliking Xiaomi.
More so for their garbage UI.

The first statement is completely misleading. Exynos 990 was a flagship chipset with an integrated 5G modem. The 2100 is not the first.

Lyndino, 13 Jan 2021Are you basing this off the only phone to be released with the 888, that being the junker Mi 11?Maybe,maybe not....Mi 11 has used extensive cooling system but still gets hot....and also tests show that 888 comsuems alot of power...i.just dont see how 888 in other phones would create much of a difference..

eg the exynos 9820 in s10
the big 2 cores are used and the small a55 cores the middle cores are forgotten about most time
in s9 and s20 same issue slight improvement in s20 but not on snapdragon level

There's no way an aged huawei by 2 years is better than an S20. Unless your complaining about an exynos SoC then maybe, but other than that the S20 is leaps and bounds ahead of the P20.

If you want power efficiency you do not go for flagship processor. There are plenty of power efficient processors out there. Like 4x Cortex-A78 + 4x Cortex-A55 configuration or simply 8 x Cortex-A55 Configuration...
