( remember, for me and my needs)

and yes you're right, i mistakingly opened the article about the leaked SONY DUO 11 which states its windows RT.
but yes, the two products from sony today are full windows while samsung, lenovo, and asus announced RT versions.
regardless, the full windows does whatever the RT versions do + MUCH more.
you're clueless, 29 Aug 2012haha you really DONT know how to read. First of all, WINDOWS RT is NOT full windows. That is e... moreWindows RT IS full Windows, compiled for ARM processors. All OS components are there like kernel, executive, shell, everything. The only reason it doesn't run all Windows x86-64 runs is because programs that use "native code" are compiled for x86-64 and not ARM.
Such a huge difference between a smartfone based 0/S ans a proper computer O/S.Have not got time or space to explain but smartfones run on very, very heavily cutdown version of what is a proper computer.Even if you could do simple excel spreadsheets it would be a nightmare on a device with small screen and onscreen keyboard robbing you of half realscreen estate.
such great specs and wp8??????????????? make android version too pls! :)
Anonymous, 29 Aug 2012ATIV is already full of specs. Other than the rear camera, I don't see any possibility of bigg... morewell, the phone is amazing, but still there a room for compitition! for starters krait quadcore containing devices like LG optimus G is out nxt week, and some devices like note 2 have 2GB of ram.. but otherwise: the phone seems top notch in every hardware aspect, including a battery only second to razr maxx! still i am waiting to see if samsung will release software to compete with nokia's solutions,,,
you're clueless, 29 Aug 2012first of all, i didn't say android is dead. Its FAR from dead, but this is where it gets some ... moreread that in the article than reply, we are intelligent enough in reading: The VAIO Duo 11 it runs on Windows 8/ 8 Pro (not the RT version), has a slide-out backlit QWERTY keyboard, an 11.6″ OptiContrast FullHD 1920 x 1080 capacitive touchscreen and is powered by Intel Ivy Bridge i7, i5 and i3 processors with Intel HD Graphics 4000.
i love wp and android, wp is elegant, useful simple and is very polished while android is so powerful with a lot of apps and capabilities!
By the way windows rt is not like windows mobile in anyway!!! by the way in s23 no lags at all and no problems in multitaskin gwith 10 apps due to high hardware, you lie, no lags at all in nice phone, even in midrange powerful like sony ericsson live with walkman has no lags! and it is full of capabiliies especially in android 4
Anonymous, 29 Aug 2012those are not tablets, hose are pcs dear with pc version of windows :Phaha you really DONT know how to read. First of all, WINDOWS RT is NOT full windows. That is equivilant to MOBILE windows. Second of all, i wasn't talking ONLY about mobile products, i was talkin about ALL windows devices since layouts, looks and functionality is virtually the same. The difference is power and hardware requirements.
Read the article for the THIRD time since you weren't successful the first 2 times!
Windows RT runs on ARM based devises, where as full windows is based on intel.
Not bad, but the design is so rounded and soft, while WP8 has sharp, square tiles... it's like the OS doesn't belong on this phone.
what do they want BT for? WP doesnt support file transfers via BT, due to microsoft policies. LOL

I have been an avid Android user for a few years now, but I must say wp8 is looking very nice indeed. I do not think it will be a fail at all. The software will be better optimized than android, its just going to need better marketing than its been getting until now to get people to buy it, then devs will follow making the platform a more feature rich and attractive proposition. This Samsung phone really looks the ticket too!
