TheLastOracle, 14 Jan 2021I noticed Samsung mention 12-bit HDR somewhere. Is it only in the Ultra or across all models? 12bit raw for photos. Not video recording.
Since 2018, few sensors were already able to do 12bit.
But none has taken advantage of it.
Jpeg turn into 8bit in the end.

In my country, we had only 1 variant for S21 & S21+ and 2 variant for S21 Ultra. A bit different than in US, here, we get 12gb ram, with 256gb storage for both S21 & S21+. Theres no 8gb ram, with 128gb storage or 256gb storage. But the Ultra is same with US, 12gb ram with 256gb storage, and 16gb ram with 512gb storage.

To emulate a bayer sensor.
Red/green/blue/green arrangement.
Quadbayer/Nonacell = 4 or 9 pixels same colours are always together , physically. They cannot move to be mixed with red and blue ones.

202 gr for the normal S21? Are they crazy? So glad I just bought the s20 fe 5g it is much better than both S21 and s21+..

Wtf? They even removed autofocus from ultra wides in non-Ultra? Pff, this has gone too far xD. S21/S21+ are that far away now from the Ultra that I feel like that is a whole different series of the phone
