Besides, Biden has already said that he agrees with Trump on the ban on China/Huawei etc. so, you people need to stop with the blinded hope for an overturn.
Biden couldn't do it if he wanted (NATIONAL SECURITY CONCERNS IS EXTREMELY SERIOUS and no sitting president is above the law) to but he does not anyway. He supports the ban.

I don't understand why so much sympathy towards China in this forum? Any negative comments towards the country and people start bashing US. It's their country and they have all the rights to protect their privacy and their companies. China can sell their cheap phone to EU, no one is stopping them

National security concerns? Pfftttt. More like if you cant compete with them, blacklist them. Especially when it comes to 5G tech. China tech is like BluRay, US like a CD currently. Not to mention smartphone division that got nothing to do with it. This white supremacy Trump's way has to stop.
Biden Administration will make things right again. Sharing tech, working closely if got any national security involved. Huawei even open & welcome anyone to join it.

NotAnOpinion, 15 Jan 2021It's NATIONAL SECURITY not Trump / Biden or any sitting president security.An executive decision can be overridden by another executive decision. It doesn't matter if it's security related. Trump's decisions can be overturned by Biden when he comes in. There's no decision that can't be overturned.

I am fine with this ban. But hope that is just don't get further or even maybe remove the ban. This ban means US companies cannot invest in Xiaomi, but it doesn't mean US companies cannot work with Xiaomi. This isn't the entity list like Huawei ones, this is different. So technically, Xiaomi can still use Google Services and Snapdragon chips. So be relieved. Just hope Xiaomi isn't added to the entity list.

So, let if happen. Perhaps, the wise OEM will learn to invest more in those countries that they do not, if not, die off slowly.
