If you cant beat them sabotage them is the idea

I support banning Huawei equipment from US carriers etc, but they are forcing OTHER countries to not use Huawei's equipment and preventing Huawei from getting Google services. Doing that is definitely helping with the US national integrity and making the whole world view them positively.
Xiaomi does not sell phones in USA and uses American parts (Snapdragon) in their phones. What right does the US have to intervene in their business, since 100% of what Xiaomi does will not affect the US.
Btw stfu I'm not from China.
Swordman, 16 Jan 2021So why don't people go after US first then China too, since the US spy on people worldwid... moreThey did go after Cambridge Analytica. CA is gone. They did go after Wikileaks. They did go after a lot. They're currently going after Facebook, Twitter, Apple, Google and the likes.
They are going hard after Huawei, Xiaomi and other foreign agents as those ones are a direct threat to a nation's integrity.
Biden won't save you. You created this mess for yourselves. Now you're soon back to only selling malware phones to developing countries.
Duryodhan, 16 Jan 2021Ban Xiaomi. Let them become another Huawei. I would be most happy. Data thieves!do u use fb？ do u need apple？ it is already proof by whistle blower that this company spy for the country A, they even planted spy chip inside apple, leak by apple ex engineer itself, but did apple ever admit
AnonD-762416, 16 Jan 2021There is nothing legitimate by pretending China is equivalent to a criminal organisation like ... moreSo why don't people go after US first then China too, since the US spy on people worldwide on a much larger scale (Facebook, Google, NSA are just a few examples)? Hypocrisy at its finest.
Swordman, 16 Jan 2021Wow, what a great reply, so me opposing the Huawei/Xiaomi ban with legitimate reasons makes me... moreThere is nothing legitimate by pretending China is equivalent to a criminal organisation like Cambridge Analytica while you at the same time don't want China to suffer the same consequences as criminals like them.
Swordman, 16 Jan 2021I support the bans on Huawei to a certain extent too. But forcing US allies to not use Hua... moreExactly! They're scared Huawei would destroy Apple eventually, so they made up some reason to take them down.

You argued you liked that, so you just told your boos, Uncle Xi, that you want him out.
Stop hiding behind "anonymous" comments when things goes down the drain. Enjoy your Gulag, by the way.
Swordman, 16 Jan 2021Wow so you think I get all my news from social media and browse twitter and Facebook all day? ... moreLooking at your ignorance, that assessment is quite accurate. You're the stereotype Qanon/Chinese nonsense trlll.
The fact stands. Huawei, Xiaomi and others to come are getting what they deserve. You're "free" to abuse your own citizen, if you try it with other countries, there are consequences.

Keep on thinking that, even a teenager who cares to do some basic news research is probably more informed and trustworthy than you.
Android-Authority, 16 Jan 2021Parler and other were banned not because they refuse to moderate, but because they refused to ... moreDid you ever use Parler? They refused to moderate its content. There's literally death threats and child p*rn on it, and the app is self moderated, which means there is literally no control over what is posted on it. And Parler refused to moderate it. Any other app that does this will be banned by Apple, Google and Amazon too.
He's been inciting violence since 2015, and he literally said in his speech "...if you don't fight like hell you're not going to have a country anymore," and then continued by asking his supporters to march to the Capitol building, and even if he ACTUALLY wanted them to have a peaceful protest and the protestors got his meaning wrong, he tweeted his support for them and considered them great patriots after the riots. Unless you're dense, this is inciting violence.
I don't believe in only the mainstream media blindly, and imagine thinking I get my news from social media, at least I do some basic research. Since I guess you're a hardcore Trump supporter, I guess there is no use trying to change your view anymore :)
This is purely a type of economic sabotage to stall the growth of Chinese companies that seem to be growing big
the biggest issue is that now xiaomi had overtake apple become the second most top selling smartphone brand in the world, that y the country A blacklist xiaomi.. so do the previos time, when huawei sales overtake apple.. some crazy minded set to protect their own company firm‘s sales, no matter using what dirty tricks..
xiaomi sold smart home appliances as well, because the military bought water kettle, smart watch or even xiaomi smartphone, that y this is the tie xiaomi with military.. if the whole china military buying apple iphone 12, then this ban wont exists..
Now that they think Xiaomi is a threat to their business income, they make stories just to destroy the company. Such a dirty trick from the US. They also did that to Huawei which is a great smartphone company. Before they make stories they should show evidence first. So childish.
AnonD-762416, 16 Jan 2021Their people did vote the traitor out of office. Are you telling the internet that you think X... morechange of topics when you can't argue for the current one. Are we talking about political systems? is voting trump out had anything to do with this accusation? Gee... The simple fact is these ill-intended accusations are just to create disadvantages for China and ultimately the Chinese. Before you give me BS about people and countries are unrelated, they are perfectly related. Look what happened to Africa and the Middle East - what are people's automatic impression when mentioned about these locations? slaves, terrorists etc. So systematic discrimination and hatred towards specific groups will and is already happening.
AnonD-762416, 16 Jan 2021You don't see what Xiaomi and Huawei planting malware everywhere has to do with a discuss... moreIs Huawei and Xiaomi the only ones that do that? Every tech company collect data and plants spyware. The more important question is why is Xiaomi getting targeted by the US govt when they don't sell phones in the US at all and uses American parts (Snapdragon)? Why isn't OnePlus (which is selling phones in USA) targeted first?
Also why don't the WTO ban trade with USA as well since they do more spying than China on global users at a much larger scale (Cambridge Analytics)?
Also you sound like a random troll or someone with no current affairs knowledge. If WTO bans trade with China, the world economy will be instantly f**led since China makes all our stuff. You will have no new laptops, iPhones, toys, pretty much everything else.
AnonD-762416, 16 Jan 2021You don't see what Xiaomi and Huawei planting malware everywhere has to do with a discuss... moreNo, what's really needed is a systematic US ban globally against everything it has. Too much unneeded BS is coming out of this country that feeds an arrogant attitude like yours.
All US Tech companies are required to plant mentioned malwares for the US gov and that's just disgusting
Next xiaomi will have no access to U.S.A chips and parts. Importantly the main brain
"snapdragon chipset" poor Xiaomi :(
nanagdad, 16 Jan 2021Atleast one can delete Facebook app. Try deleting Xiaomi security app bloat without root. F#kActually, Xiaomi is one of the extremely rare brands to which you can uninstall close to everything without rooting or using not very user-friendly adb commands, in fact it's even the only one among the main stream brands, including Google.
