And, they say some tech if not most were illegally "acquired" and now used by ccp-pla (weaponized). Is that fair? Why?

Google does not comply with local regulations and so is not allowed to operate there. Apple, Microsoft, HP, Oracle, Tesla etc do comply with local regulations so are allowed to operate in China. No different than businesses operating in US have to comply with US laws. Xiaomi doesn't even do business in US and still gets banned, lol.

China banning Google for "security reason" and actually make their own similar services (albeit the censorship) for their own citizens.
US banning Chinese smartphone for "security reason" preventing any sort of healthy competition and limiting their citizens choices.

I fail to understand how a certain person living in a freedom of democracy can express a moral superiority over the other side while actually living in a country with the biggest monopolies in the world while at the same time didn't even realize how much they got ripped off by a staggering prices of their country's medical fees and mobile plans...

Having iOS is a no-no for me, and a 1080p AMOLED doesn't make the cut against a similarly specced LCD. With Chinese phones we live!

Yes, of course. If you don't want to compete with them fairly, just ban them - the typical "coward" type of competition. I wouldn't be surprised if all China-based phones eventually get banned or blacklisted in the West. Then we will only have phones like Samsung and Crapple left
