I think I know just the man! D.J. Trump will be unemployed from Jan 20 and he can take over Samsung! He has plenty of experience in competing with Chinese smartphone manufacturers, but little success in building fire walls. One draw-back is that he doesn't really like BLACK as much as Samsung, who as we saw dedicated three minutes of their S21 series presentation just to how they made a phone black.
