Its totally fault of samsung but fhey are not accepting thefe fault.

It's True, I Face same problem just after warranty expired.. Service Center told me to buy new motherboard without checking phone just say you want to purchase new motherboard and it cost @8000-9000 Rs.

Don't buy Samsung M30s. My phone is stopped working after the update and it just happened after warranty period . Now the service center say there is issue with the motherboard with these models and which needs to be replaced @ INR 9000. They pushed the update just after warranty period and making customers to pay 9000 or buy a new phone. DON"T so this Samsung.

Guys, don't buy any Samsung mobile specially M series. Most of the M series mobiles are facing Hanging, auto restart and heating problems after Android latest update. Chinese phones are much better than Samsung. Very pathetic service and support by Samsung. I will never buy any Samsung mobile now.

Samsung service center told me it's due to board issue which need so replaced around 7KINR....which is not worth ...looks like we need to wait for new patch

I made a big mistake of upgrading tot Android 11 and ever since the upgrade most of the apps get hung at frequent intervals. I have rebooted my phone 32 times already and if that's the only way to get things to work, its nothing short of nonsensical. Is there anyone who knows a fix for this?
Samsung really need to learn from Redmi UI/ they way the have progressed and user interface is really good.

Samsung please learn from cheaper phone, it wont cost you - it will only help overcome basic problems and user requirement.

I did the Android 11 update on Tuesday(4 days ago), and since then my phone is going to automatic restart every 5 mins. I thought it should be some kind of virus and somehow managed to take a data backup via my PC. After doing a complete Factory Reset, the issue still persists. My warranty got over(purchased in march 2020), just a month ago and i'm worried abt the huge price i need to pay at Service center. No proper feedback form Samsung. any suggestion would be appreciated
