I can safely say I tried many low-end models from different manufacturers. And the only one that really didn't lag after couple of months of usage was Realme. Sony, Motorola, Xiaomi, Samsung, even Huawei models experienced some sort of lag or bug/bugs in my usage. I am not saying that everybody should go and buy Realme now, or stop buying phones cheaper than 250-300EUR. But, you need to take into consideration the price factor too.
Sadly, many people buy a 200EUR phone (with nice specs on paper) and expect that phone to work as a 500-600EUR one. And that will never happen, no matter the manufacturer.

I use to love Nokia phones. Hmd is not the old Nokia I used to buy my phone's from. I've had 10 Nokia phones before hmd started this new Nokia company. I still have my original Nokia 808 it's the last best phone from Nokia. Was an Android phone buyer but not anymore. I know only use iPhones.

The latest Nokia 5.4 seems like a decent phone. And Nokia 7.3 might be interesting. I guess its no point to release a flagship if they are not able to have the latest processor in it.
Nokia 9 Pureview was a big flop with a outdated processor at the time. But we will se if HMD Global will survive. I hope so. Would be sad if it was only Apple, Samsung and Xiaomi left in the mobile market.

HMD started off pretty well, the Nokia 6 was built like a tank and the aluminium bodies gave their early phones a distinct look. 7 Plus was easily the best midrange phone of 2018. 8 Sirocco, 6.1 were good looking. They should've continued on that road and made competitive midrange phones. Instead they outsourced their R&D to Chinese ODMs and now just sell generic phones with generic designs. There's nothing left to distinguish Nokia phones from the rest of the market (except for Android One).
7.2 and 6 2 were released with two year old processors. 8.3 and 5.3 were announced in March 2020, but available only in October. And the C-series and 1.3/1.4 are just ODM phones with Nokia slapped on them. Overall HMD global is in a terrible position. I can't see them making phones in 2024, unless they do drastic course corrections.

Yes the camera is great but the camera app freezes as does other apps which freeze the phone and then I have to restart it.
Also, it has poor audio with the mono speaker, average battery life and pairing other devices with Bluetooth is not easy.
Nokia unfortunately stuffed to many camera components in the phone which in the long run has compromised it's functionality

Title of the article is misleading. It should be announce instead of launch. For other brands, gap between date of announcement and date of launch of the new phone is 3 weeks. For Nokia it's 3 months. Nokia had announced 3.4 back in September 2020 and even in January 2021, they had not yet managed to launch the phone. Nokia 5.4 was announced in December 2020 which will be available in March/April 2021. With so much delay in launch of the phone, people lost their interest in new phones and the specifications of the phone becomes outdated even before launch. Nokia had already launched so many phones with previous generation OS (Android 10) that they will find it difficult later to provide OS updates and security updates on timely basis. Stop wasting your time and other resources and launch only few phones with proper specifications at correct price and with latest OS. Hope Nokia people are reading these comments on GSMArena and will hopefully take some action in near future.

I went into store to buy 7.3 nokia. It sez on nokia site the phones are designed in finland,built in india. But the box said made in china. So i didnt buy it. I will never knowingly buy anything chinese again. John H
