Just bought a watch 3 Titanium, and no blood pressure monitor feature. It's not shown inside the Health Monitor widget on the watch. When I open the widget it goes straight to ECG no other option. I live in the USA.

When we bought the Active 2 in 2019 you promised that in the first quarter of 2020 there will be an update and we will get the ECG measurement . Now we are in 2021 and the whole world accepts and only the Israelis Samsung knocks again ....

It is not possible for Samsung galaxy watch to detect perfectly heart problems through it's ECG measurement. It will be a gimmick, I think.

Dr, 27 Jan 2021How can you produce ECG without placing electrodes on the axis of heart.A full ECG indeed requires to have electrodes on both your chest, your arms and your legs. Your doctor will then analyze 12 lines of ECG. You're not going to get that from a watch.
To detect the most common condition, atrial fibrillation, one closed circuit is enough. And by placing your finger on the button, you're creating a closed circuit from one arm to the other, which leads through your heart. It's therefore a reliable method to detect atrial fibrillation.
