I was frustrated to find out it only currently works with Samsung phones...

I wish that was explicitly stated before I bought this watch.I don't know about this model, but it use my Galaxy S2 watch combined with my OnePlus phone. Samsung provides the apps for me to use my watch on this phone. I believed they offer the software for using it with any phone, but I'm not certain if this. I'm still using my S2 every day. But, being 50 and living alone, perhaps an ECG and blood pressure monitoring wristwatch would be a good idea.

It's all over the Samsung website that a Samsung phone is required to use all features of the Galaxy Watches.

Interesting seeing all these comments about people not being able to use ecg readings on their watch. I have the samsung active 2 and can use it the ecg feature just fine. Maybe yall need to update your watches?
