The question is...
Should you update?
I have a galaxy a31 and I am getting my update in 4 to 6 days... I am kind of excited and worried at the same time.
I am excited because of all the new security features.
And I am worried because the update has bugs but hopefully when I factory reset my phone... most of the bugs will go away

One ui 3 downloaded 1st Feb on my S10
1) WiFi connectivity is now a disaster, need to be virtually sat on top of the router to connect.
2) When I have a missed call from my lady friend it no longer tells me which phone it's from, her landline or her mobile.
Is this supposed to be an improvement ??
3) The screen display is now dull and uninspiring.
We used to have a saying in the engineering world :- "If it ain't broken, don't fix it".

This is not an update, it's downgrade.
After this One UI 3.0 update, Chrome started to do some weird shit. When I unlock my S10+ Chrome pops up with add, every fucking time i unlock my phone. It's crazy.
Also crazy is that i always get a message every day with some weird numbers, wasn't until update.
What's not so crazy, but not better anyways is new sounds controls. It was more convenient and useful when sounds was on top of the screen, in the notification area.
I don't really understand why they even come up with such weird designs and coding. I liked my S10+ from the day i bought it, but now it's only hate.

My s10e got stuck in a reset loop after the update. Had to forcefully reset it to factory version :(

Anonymous, 28 Jan 2021I have received a second update, previously updated to one ui 3 when it was available earlier.... morei'm on one ui 2.5 i don't like the camera and the colours of the screen ... hope it has been ameliorated!!
