Delayed? I guess they need more time to fine-tune by removing Android10 markings from built-from-ground-up HarmonyOS 🤣🤣. Oh Android 12 is around corner.

MadMel, 19 Feb 2021so, Harmony OS looks like some kind of android emulator ... where is the problem, it's Be... moreIt's not an Android emulator. It's a 100% Google Android 10 AOSP. They only changed some names and folders and called it "HarmonyOS". Huawei is marketing it as their own self made mobile operating system, which is not true at all.
"Beta software", means it's a "finished" (no new components needs to be developed) prerelease software, that still needs debugging, until it's stable enough for release.
You will get an (old) Android 10 OS labeled as HarmonyOS, in new Huawei phones. That's it. Clueless people will think that they got a 3rd mobile phone OS competitor in the smartphone market, but it will be just a relabeled Android 10...

I wish US would stop the ban nonsense and let Huawei compete normally on the market. They were really pushing entire industry further. Without Huawei, it just feels like everything is stagnating again...

Swarley1, 19 Feb 2021D.O.AGotta love those mindless spammers. There are 1,3 billion people in China. Biggest market in the world and never used Google spy'services'. But people like you are repeating like mantra: DOA. Grow up. Besides. I am not chinese and will very much pre-order P50Pro when available. Sick of Spygle.

Huawei P40 and P40 pro are actually an excellent phone and can easily compete with Note 20 and iP 11 series if u manage to install GMS. Hope their successors won't disappoint

That means no vanilla P50 & P50 Pro+ in other country except China, again.

Glad that I can grab the last vanilla version they ever launch in other country, the P40.

Harmony OS was an overhyped android knockoff I guess, since they still want to have the ban withdrawn. It said OS can't sustain them and they know it...
