[deleted post]sgs3 and note 2 design or ui are totally different troll!
It's Windows Phone :| They all look the same. Microsoft itself wants Windows Phone devices to look the same.
Apple sued Samsung, Samsung is suing LG, and now this Nokia suing HTC. In the end, it's just companies defending their interests, just as explained when Apple sued Samsung.

Quote "it takes way more than two weeks to develop a smartphone and there's no way HTC managed to redesign the 8X in the short time between the Lumia 820 announcement"
Stupid comment... there could easily have been some industrial espionage
Anyway, it doesn't take long to create mockups. Two weeks is easily long enough to knock-up a balsa-wood demonstrator and then HTC would have plenty of time to re-style whatever phone they were developing to match the mock-up prior to actual launch
No sympathy for Apple in their claims against Samsung but a bit sorry for Nokia. They came out with their own style that genuinely looked a bit different, and HTC were lame enough to copy it even though they are big and established enough to go their own way. A sign of how far HTC have fallen since their innovative and exciting design of a few years ago!
AnonD-3678, 25 Sep 2012Lumia 920 is overweight, so people may consider to get lighter 8X. Maybe Nokia should make 920... moreyou mean to tell me that someone will really choose the HTC 8X over the Lumia 920 because they can't handle an extra 55g??? Anyone that dedicates anytime to check the weight difference will most likely put in an extra minute to compare features. So they will immediately see that those 55g went into getting a whole lot more features and they would be an idiot to choose the 8X
I work for a well known colourful mobile provider selling lots of handsets so I can say that I know a copy when I see it...but guys this isn't funny...I don't see what they're on about except the touch navigation buttons at the bottom...
