Exynos is the best otherwise why Apple always go to Samsung to customize and build their chips? Nvidia seem to be best choice since they can make mass production and much cheaper BUT they don't go to Nvidia because they know Nvidia is not as good as Samsung in Cell phones technology, Yes Nvidia is one of the best manufactures in Desktop technology but not in Cell phones.
I am a One X owned and while bigger battery is a welcome addition (clock speed is pretty irrelevant, my phone never lags) I would only consider upgrading to this if it has 4G connectivity.

Those Benchmarks sometimes mean nothing since Qualcomm and Nvidia optimized their chips to give great results but in real life they lag all the way.
Just check out this link , htc one x + beats the s3 , the note-2 (Both in quadrant & antutu) & even the optimus G in Antutu benchmark .

Tegra 3 isn't bad gor game... moreSorry. Benchmarks AND real world performance reports from both Mali 400 and Tegra 3 users indicate that the extra 8 cores does not amount to anything that significant.
Probably on some Tegra optimized titles but that's it.
beside the improved internal clock speed of processors, is this NVIDIA Tegra 3 AP37 chipset the same as in HTC ONE X? i mean, the semiconductor technology is still on 40 nm, right?
That's still not so good compared with Exynos (32 nm)..so the battery will still drain faster..
The improved battery is the only thing that really matters on this.

This phone is good but HTC have awful camera quality.
Samsung Note II is the best choice now with Slow motion video and stylus and bigger display non pentile SAmoledHD And 64/32/16GB + microSD you can have 128GB of storage and massive battery life and better build quality than any other phone... Most phones now have cheap metals easily scratched and heavy and conduct heat from CPU/GPU and will have expensive accessories if you break any part like backdoor or edge, Plastic all the way
