Anonymous, 19 May 2021I'd like to see an update for the dialer screen. How old and out of date is the Swipe up ... moreSwipe to answer is only there to answer calls when the screen is locked, to prevent accidentally answering while taking your phone out.
If you're using the phone when a call comes in it should be tap to answer, that's how it works on my Android anyways.

This looks terrible, why do the UI designers at google have such a hard on for minimalism and taking away information?

It has a theme like engine that will transform into the look you want.

Ios has optimisation but not customisation that's a great problem. Android phones trap people in its number game, but ios focus on performance and security. That limits the customisation of iphone's. And I too wish iphone still keeps its optimisation and improves its customisation also to make it ease to handle. Bye

I don't download illegal stuff, and I find my iphone fine, just as I do my relic samsung s9 and s10e, waiting to see what s21fe looks like, but android 12 looks meh

Anonymous, 19 May 2021Android is easier and simpler. And will always be better and user friendly.Agreed. Once more people really understand how to use Android, it's actually easier. There are these forced limitations that iOS still has that makes even the most simple tasks more complicated than it should be.

I wish iOS was like Android launchers that can lock the homescreen. It's so easy to accidentally delete an app unintentionally. And I hate Wi-Fi hotspot and copy and paste with iOS. The former seems longer to do. More steps. While the latter, I have trouble with the select or copy appearing in comment boxes like this one I'm typing in.

On the Notes or iMessages, there are things at the bottom or above the keyboard that I accidentally press all the time. I'm back using Essential Phone because I just prefer typing on it while my iPhone is the hotspot. I also don't like the YouTube app on iOS. It's more updated but my first comment never shows up even under recent. It's always the second comment when I see it.

Android 12 is ugly. Hopefully, further refinements by 13, 14, 15, etc. But Android forever. Easier to download illegal movies online. Easier to download books in torrent sites. More open to gaming emulation.
