Anonymous, 09 Oct 2012This one basically can do anything an iPhone can. LMAO.qVGA makes sure it cannot be used to webbrowsing and most games. I cant understand why Samsung is showing so much love for qVGA, other manufacturers (except LG) never go below HVGA on their phones since many years now, and then Samsung manages to release TWO new phones in the Galaxy series, Music and Chat, with this obsolete and incompatible resolution??

Samsung makes phones for all budgets, is that too much for some of yall to handle?
what if someone wants an entry level android? Then the Galaxy Music would be great! I mean it is running ICS..
Plus there's a dual sim version too which is efficient for some people.
Just because they release a lot of phones doesn't mean you have to buy them all.. leave Sammy alone haters lol

If these music player features would've been on a decent specced midranger,it would have been nice.
i hope samsung doesn't disappoint with the rumoured gs3 mini like this one.

I don't know why people are complaining that Samsung is making too many phones... ask yourself this:

Is having alot of choices a bad thing?
Samsung caters people with money or those with a tight budget.
YOU are not forced to buy their phones.

Thanx God, for a while i thought it was the end of days (hence my use of very strong word about this phone, Abomination)..

Update: We were contacted by a Samsung representative, who claimed that the projector part was a mistake in the press materials and the Galaxy Music won't be having such functionality.

haha what a phone. I really cannot see the connection between its name, MUSIC, and having a built in projector? Music Beam? What is this abomination??

Enterprise, this is Picard, one to beam-up.

And WVGA on the projector, but the display is an unusable qVGA, 240x320, whats that about? Why not put a HVGA (320x480) so at least it would be possible to play games on it?

If you buy this phone, you are a tool and deserve to be stuck on the version it comes with because it will NOT receive updates.

This is one of the SamWell devices

On my experience if you want clear and loud, go for sony live with walkman. But if you want crystal clear, htc one s or one x will do. Beats audio will do the trick.
