Developers realises that using Nvidia propertiary feature could take more time and more money to spent on. Also does anyone remember how Nvidia silently killing SLI?

AMD (and pretty much every GPU manufacturer for the mobile sector) needs a similar solution using machine learning.
RT? VSR? Nah, this is much more relevant to the mobile gaming industry as it will allow more devices to run at steady framerates without using that much power.
And for the console space, currently are using Dynamic Resolution and checkerboarding, which is quite similar but still lacking a bit. But more importantly, Epic has a better solution than current FSR that everyone who decides to use UE can benefit from.
AMD GPU for smartphones coming soon. It will blow the competition for sure.
[deleted post]AMD provides a list of compatible hardware here but can possibly run on other hardware as well that's not mentioned here since it doesn't require anything specific on the hardware side. https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/radeon-software-fidelityfx-super-resolution
So far, it's not a good list of games... Maybe after a year or so, more games support this. :) DLSS had a rough start too.
Open source is very important over 30% improvement , old graphic cards came to life
and people still hate amd. dunno why?
Much better launch and performance than the proprietary DLSS 1.0 and will be adopted even faster with gaming consoles eg. PS, xbox, maybe switch, portable/small pcs with Intel/AMD APU/IGPU, mobile phones like the upcoming Exynos+AMD SoC, etc. DLSS will have a slow death as its proprietary.
"More importantly, the technology can be enabled on almost any hardware from any vendor, including Nvidia and Intel." - that's pretty cool!
