No thank you, overpriced!
It's just a phone.

Nope. Still waiting for a proper Note 9 replacement. With an integrated stylus, IR blaster, headphone jack when needed and also an H2O and heart rate sensor. Not to mention, no notch or stupid hole.
Anonymous, 21 Jul 2021Trade-in, what a joke... Just sell your phone to someone who would actually buy it for what it... moreUnless Samsung offers a steep discount then just sell it in-person.
in order to get more customers then trade in offer must be better than other competitors. No one would want to buy a product that lost 60 percent value after one year. That's not very respectful to customer.
Anonymous, 21 Jul 2021i will continue using my old S5Grats! I finally had to trade in my S6 edge once the battery started to swell...
Samsung was offering $800 on the Fold when the 2nd Gen came out. I sold it on ebay for $950. Between the shipping, a gift card and eBay's fees I probably got under $900. Not too long after Samsung raised the value of the Fold to $1,000. I think it was because the iPhone 12 was coming out and they wanted to give people more of an incentive. Point is if you are patient I would wait. You might get more value for your device. The iPhone 13 is going to be a bigger leap than the 12. Samsung won't take any phone. I don't recall seeing phones from Chinese manufacturers. I don't even think A series was their but I do recall some phones had a $200 trade-in value.
Trade-in, what a joke... Just sell your phone to someone who would actually buy it for what its worth.
vrvly, 21 Jul 2021I could trade in 4. Not that prices of old devices are of much help with those prices. That's great, good for you. And I also think it's better for the environment because people won't let their old devices just laying around at home but they'll get recycled.
Anonymous 2.0, 21 Jul 2021I hope they'll launch this offer india too, for midrange smartphones! 😆😆I understand your concern 🙂, but i don't think Samsung is that "Nice" to think like that 😔
Yes and dont forget to say you have to pay at least 50% of a phone price anyway.
Nobody is so dumb to trade bar like phone with great durability for something far bigger but with zero durabilit screen.
i will continue using my old S5
Anonymous 2.0, 21 Jul 2021I hope they'll launch this offer india too, for midrange smartphones! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂
Anonymous 3.0, 21 Jul 2021Not happening in India. People will line up with their J and A series phones, and Samsung knows it .The J-Series has a metallic back. Which I miss on the flagships. The glass backs aren't great for drops, even with military grade cases.
Samsung should have similar trade-ins for most countries.
