All it needs is a solar panel and a mini shower.
It looks really nice to have that in an "emergency" but how often would you really need this feature, at least compared to day-to-day basis features.
This sounds great. What is further needed is a solar panel at the back of the phone so that the phone can always have some juice to make that emergency call.

Satellite message is when there are no coverage at all of any network companies. For example in deserts, ocean or in remote areas of some developing country or in a country where network is completely blocked due to war or any other reason. Satellite is future for all these emergency and not connected areas

You will then be able to call to emergency numbers using that secondary provider's network.
However, if you are on a plane, on a boat far in the sea, or generally an unpopulated are with no kind of coverage you will get a no signal message.
Then, you can only use a GPS app, the flashlight, and whatever offline apps you have

Whenever I am in an area with no network coverage or signal, my phone would indicate "Emergency text or call only". So I assume I can still make an emergency text or call if needed. I also have done some little research that it is possible and it is design to work that way. So what's the point of this rumored feature?
This would make for a very interesting feature, I’m sure more and more manufacturers will be doing this, sounds like one of those standardized features that come in by way of the chipset happening to be bundled with it.

I mean, iPhone won't even be the first smartphone to implement it, so ease on the confetti. Besides, how has emergency alerts been made all these without iphone 13 I wonder.
Meanwhile HTC first implemented a satellite connectivity smartphone in 2011, there are some others too.
