I had a bad feeling MS is testing the water on which update would be feasible, the wp7.8 or the 8Apollo+?? I have high hopes on this Os. I would like to know if MS really listen to consumer suggestions? Even the update comes late, just make sure that they put there all that we wanted Wp to have. :)

Its really not fair we WP7.5 users are the most loyal among all others
we should have had the update 1 week after the WP8 launching "thats what was said before "
but now we wait for Q1 2013 who knows exactly when is that

I expect more improvements than mentioned visual changes because this update take long time:
USSD support, bluetooth transfer, skype works in backround.
Then I will be satisfied with Windows Phone 7.8 update.

Ass Kicker, 29 Nov 2012Wp7.8 = jumping from android 2.2.1 to 2.2.2 its not even worth waiting this much...The new start screen alone is worth upgrading to! The most promising feature I'm looking forward too. Should have been in from the start lol

Eddie v, 29 Nov 2012Ofcourse they won't launch it at christmas. Microsoft is still hoping people will get the wp8 ... moreyou are a marketing anti-talent. windows 8 is as good,as ANY update for windows 7 will NEVER return a customer to it. who can be so stupid to take a windows 7.8 device these days with zune,no mass storage,no bluetooth transfer, wich are NOW the main advantages for windows 8? christmas have nothing to do with the update
