ahhh...im verry disapointed that my favorite phone xperia miro will stuck to ICS forever....hohoho
I have a Xperia Miro, and I am very unhappy that Sony are not giving a jellybean update! This is not right from the company's part...
On 26 July 2012, Sony Mobile Communications officially confirmed via their Facebook page that the Xperia arc S along and the Mini Pro would not be receiving the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update. However, this statement has since been retracted and Sony has issued a new statement stating they are investigating software upgrades for all devices.
i think xperia sola will be lagging if it is given jelly bean update...so better use ics...and the other thing is!
sony has not planned well in making their smart phones its very confusing...the xperia j has all the options but its shape is not proffesional..sola is a few bucks more but it dosent have a front cam and gorilla glass..but its professional nice....sony please fire the makers of xperia...
this means my tipo dual always possess ics not jellybean ever.........i must have to change my cellphone.....
Rasmus, 23 Jan 2013Some facts about android 3.2 - 4.0 and 4.1 JB I had a xperia arc with android 3.2 Then i upgr... moreI believe you mean android 2.3 gingerbread not 3.1 honeycomb. U have an arc s and am still on gingerbread as reviews for the ics update say it hasn't been properly optimized so makes te phone laggy. Not sure whether to update or not, still I do want jelly bean to come to the xperia arc s as it is more than capable or atleast for Sony to improve the ics Rom to make it less laggy.

why isn't the arc s getting jelly bean! if the xperia j can run it then why can't the arc s run it, the arc s also has 512mb ram and has a faster 1.4ghz processor compared to the j's 1ghz processor. come on sony!
sony is not up to our expectations,we need at least 2012 xperias like sola, must be having jelly bean update.
I am going to tell a friend to tell another friend that Sony is not user friendly..... how can I buy an expensive arc s and it can not be upgraded to jelly bean.....
just disappointed @ sony

Quite disappointed that the Xperia U isn't get JB! I think you should reconsider :)
Until now I was about to buy a sony xperia sola but then i read that it won't get the JB update. Sony is pathetic at updates and seems to like to f*** with it's costumers. Until now i loved Sony's brand but now I hate it and proppably gonna never buy a sony phone ever. (until it launches the JB update for Sola)which is proppably never gonna happen.
