BigDisplay, 15 Jan 2022Motorola UI no thx no matter what. Most laggy unstable i ever tried. Hah! Their OS is the most close to stock/barbones with almost 0 bloatwares besides their Moto App that can be disabled if you want & their close to stock Moto Launcher. I wonder if you have used/owned one mainly their recent models coz i havent had any major slowdowns or lags. Just sucks with their 1 OS upgrades though otherwise they have good hardware & close to stock software (Global Variant).

Just their Moto App(can be disabled) & Moto Launcher(close to stock launcher), havent had any major bugs or lags on my Moto G 5G plus, just sad it wont get Android 12 tho. Chinese on the otherhand has chinese bloats as usual.

BigDisplay, 15 Jan 2022Motorola UI no thx no matter what. Most laggy unstable i ever tried. The Chinese OS myui is as fluid as it gets in Android and it is basically ad free which is a rarity with a Chinese OS. However, the OS is probably the worst one in China in terms of thing like nfc functionality. It's not as feature rich as Huawei, Vivo, Xiaomi or Oppo.
Smartphone makers should consider launch of 4.5" or 4.75" screen version of their products which the most optimum palm filling size to be handled particularly by elders.
Android loves big numbers to sell phones don’t they …. Yet Apple is still getting better results with smaller batteries… smaller sensors … smaller mega pixels …. But hey … big numbers on a spec sheet seem to get everyone hyped even though it will be buggy and abandoned after a year or two while they move onto bigger numbers lol is it a wander android is so fragmented 🤷🏻♂️
Mr. Clean, 15 Jan 2022We don't need 200mp, we don't need big screen, we don't need many rear cameras,... moreAgreed But... Wee need all sizes to.
I need a good big size for my former mate 20x.
And you need more compact and others need the classic 6,7 inch yes.
6,7 is not big, for you and others is huge i know, but big no.
For big display livers BIG is 7,2.
My old asus zenfone 3 Ultra was really big, 6,8 inch in the good old 16:9 format...
Damnt i miss 16:9 normal size without curves etc, instead 90% of all phones is same same 😳
Hot SoC + Hot camera = disaster!
All mobile companies focusing only on camera camera camera. what is this make a mobile for perfect when camera is 108 mp so battery is 4000amh then battery is 6000amh so camera is 48mp and then camera, battery, ram media tech etc so price going to 1lakh. now mobile like only time pass any new branded mobile we buying result after some day's bored about it.
seeking to another mobile.
companies make only money and buyers wasting of money in mobile phones.

For work 21:9 is nt great

People on tech sites demand better cooling.
Where are they gonna fit all this?
It is much easier to put all this inside a 16,5cm phone than inside a 15cm phone.
With limited software support ,not for me

I miss my "big" mi max 3 with the same ratio..😢
Looking forward to Vivo NEX 5 as a replacement (but not 16:9 unfortunately)
If only Motorola adopted a decent software update policy...
Mr. Clean, 15 Jan 2022We don't need 200mp, we don't need big screen, we don't need many rear cameras,... moreI agree. There should at least be the option of a slightly smaller size as almost every manufacturer seems to be building shovels. I'm not saying they don't have the place but the compact market with the large screen and a sweet spot of say 6.1 should be an area that's not neglected as it is huge. They look and feel nicer too.
unxpctd, 16 Jan 2022The 200 megapixel camera of this is definitely a smart move.
Will it contribute any upgrade... moreVivo had QHD before LG G3.
Motorola does not need something unique. Just a solid G series, because it is the most popular among their phones.
Asus and Sony barely sell phones , but both can afford high price components. Why cant motorola?
Motorola needs to stop the policy of giving something, then take away next year, to bring back later to take away again.
You never inow if the next generation will be better than current or at least equal with new cpu.
As long as they put in the 16k video support. In photography, you need burst to pick the right action shot. Having a 1 second burst attached to a 25fps or 12.5fps video mode, allows the best shoot to be picked out if they are serious. As far as 16k proper 2.43 to 1 format 25 and 50fps, would be fine.
