sm4rt4ss, 18 Jan 2022You people are complaining about the chips overheating like is happening to the every costumer... moreThere is a fundamental problem with your statement. If people do not need more power, then, they will only buy midrange phones wit a less powerful CPU/GPU. But if they bought a flagship chip, then they expect a flagship performance, efficiency and minimal throttling.

The lack of clockspeeds or performance improvement claims is very telling. Compare this to the exynos 2100 page:

Waiting to see benchmark results.
I hope for superior GPU performance but my guy tells me we will be lucky to see 10%, if any over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
2022 is going to be a competitive year for mobile GPUs. Information given by reputable leakers are leading to pessimism for the Exynos 2200 which are the delayed launch, supply constraints and overheating problems. I'll start judging when there's an actual release.

All 2 games that will make use of this will be so good O:
(anyone remembers "Tegra3 / Tegra4 - oh god so powerful, look at all the features!"? ...yeah, also recall how far that went)
the ray tracing is useless as the high refresh rate since games are not supporting (or partially) those features yet !
total waste of time and money by manufacturers ... better to stick with an upper midrange phones !
Can't wait to see it! my note 10+ starts to age and I am looking for a new phone!
You know, the S21 fe doesn't look too bad when you realize it's the only high end Samsung phone you can get with Snapdragon in Europe
Geekbench benchmark for Galaxy S21 ultra with Exynos 2100 was, single core 1107, multi core 3518.
Jan. 14 Geekbench benchmark for Exynos 2200 is, single core 1109, multi core 3534.

if this stands until release, costumers in Europe will be cheated again......and pay a 100 bucks more than the last years model.

but ever since TWS earphones rose. I don't complain about the fact I don't have 3.5mm jack. (NOTE 10+ USER btw.) because it's much more convenient for me. (also. cable tangling? pfft. that's so 2018. we're in 2022!)

In a old rumor said to be running amd gpu @ 1.92ghz with 10w power running a t 1.3 or 1.5 would bring that level down to 6 7 w
