Oneplus Y series TV itself is not satisfactory. Their customer service is aweful. We can't order their remote controls or any accessories online. Their field agent doesn't know the difference between an infrared remote and a Bluetooth remote control. So no matter, how many TVs they launch, they are bad. I hate when these mobile manufacturers occupy our living rooms. They are not indigenous in terms of consumer electronics manufacturing and such companies must be vanished with the flashing green light like that of Voldemort's in Harry Potter.
