Since samsung flexible screen.. why not make a 7 inch tablet when unfold?? that is true innovation!
samsung fans, 15 Jan 2013I think for smart phone 7 inch is the best for mobile and brwosing and typing.dont think to much. its obviously going to hurt your head...... 7 inch for a mobile? behave yourself! people look like enough of a idiot walking around with the 5.5 inch note! if i saw some one walking aroubnd with a phone the size of a nexus 7 i would have to hit them over the head with it!
The Problems in all ( samsung galaxy)
pixel density low
keyboard words little bit small
If they solve all these problem it will be
The best Smart phone for ever
Note II mini? This sounds very disturbing - the whole point of the Note is to be BIG and in-yo-face about it. The Galaxy S (insert number here) is the Note mini.
Now on topic - a 1080p Super AMOLED is gonna be the sh*t. I have never seen contrast like I see on my AMOLED screen - especially at night when all that lights up are the homescreen icons (I use a fully black background - this gives superior power efficiency). Now, when this comes in 1080p form I'm gonna drool all over myself..
Lolinator, 15 Jan 2013Lol wut? You mean to say that because samsung has a lower power mode, it is a copy of someone ... moreunfortunately we have people thinking this way. everything shouldn't be copied when it's ok for them. but they copied most of the things they know in life. hope the day won't come when they would need cheap copied medicines made by Indian pharm companies.
AnonD-71586, 15 Jan 2013seriously 1080p on a mobile it's to much, i think 720p should be the limit. Who could posibly ... more*sigh*
Thanks to Apple everyone have forgotten about the real meaning of a large resolution. A large resolution isn't to get insane pixel density, it's to be able to view more at once. To fit more content on your display at once.
I don't even bother explaining it to you...
[deleted post]No, the power saving mode of Note 2 is not the same. On Note 2 it reduces CPU performance to a totally ridiculous level, dims the screen, changes backgroun color in the web browser and turns off haptic feedback. Theres no disabling of any data connections. These are power savings that apply only when you use the phone, while stamina mode applies when you are not using it and to apps not in foreground.
The great thing about stamina is still the whitelist, more choices to the user, one more step away from semi-smart stuff like WP and iOS.
Topnotch, 15 Jan 2013Actually year of big pant pockets for big phones. Better get those 7 inch pockets ready.Lol. . .hehehe. . I would rather put that 7incher on my backpack. . It would be very uncomfortable for me to put a 5'' and 7'' to my pants. :)
AnonD-95629, 15 Jan 2013I'm curios regarding with these screen displays. Is there any "HUGE" difference for ... moreNone.. in fact there is virtually none.. if they just up s3's 720p to full rgb matrix.. they would already achieve the goal of retina.. (virtually not seeing pixels) and sharp text.
1080p and bloat the phone to 5 inch is a gimmick .. sure bash me all u want sammy boi.
ObserverPh, 15 Jan 2013It is indeed a year of 5'' FHD phones. the problem is, it will barely fit the side pocket of m... moreActually year of big pant pockets for big phones. Better get those 7 inch pockets ready.
Anonymous, 15 Jan 2013In any case, you should have your eyes checked, very far sighted i think. EO Executive Optical... moreThanks. . I would see that billboard coz i'm a bulakenyo. .lol. .i think my problem is staying up late and wrong reading postures thats why i can't see the diff. in mobile screens with 1080p over a 720p one. . :)
Anonymous, 15 Jan 2013Such comments.. Its obvious u shut yourself in the basement day and night, without sunlight. ... moreYou're the one who's trolling here. There are many phones that have greater displays than ip5 retina bs.
