NOKIA as a company was never banned, as they do not make Nokia phones anymore, they work at enterprise level, networks and such. hmd Global licesend the Nokia devices and patents and they are also making the phones. As for that perticular patent, VOLTE works with no problem without it, so it was more of a scandal then actual problems that are worth talking about. An their devices returned quite fast in stores.

LOL !!! There's a big difference between refusing to pay patents like Apple and not accepting increased patent fees after there was already a deal previously like in this case with Oppo.
As a EU citizen, this blackmailing is just pathetic coming from Nokia and makes me avoid anything made by them.

You do realize that isn't Nokia right? HMD =/= Nokia. Different companies. HMD uses Nokia's name to make phones since Nokia hasn't made devices since 2014.
