jrenver, 19 Feb 2013Looks great. Nice size. IR...NICE. BUT,,, non-removable battery, no expandable memory. HTC get... more64 gb is good...and keep in mind the internal memory will be much faster than sd card
I was with HTC Sensation... WORST H/S EVER & even WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! bet h/s cannot work for more that a year.... i.e. till warranty lasts... SAD HTC...
Svart, 19 Feb 2013No it's not. It is 4 megapixels. With a twist .hold off commenting until you see the cam samples
Looks great. Nice size. IR...NICE. BUT,,, non-removable battery, no expandable memory. HTC getting in early this year may be a big + for them but I donít think so. The style is trying to be an iPhone but the tech and software and marketing Samsung. I have the SG3 and itís a good phone. this would be an upgrade for upgrades sake rather than getting a phone thatís will provide me with what I want and more. compare this to the Gs3 is two steps forward and 2 back. really sorry to say this as I was a HUGE advocate of HTC's for years. RIP HTC. Like a $100 lady, might look nice but could you live with it?
The Phone has a 4 MP camera which in todays high end phone doesn't really appeal.
it is The Best smartphone for now !!!! premium built quality , blazing fast processor , elegant design , designed for human arm grip size (not too big and not too small), amazing camera , the legend sense ui . the battery is more than enough for daily uses .
you can see htc butterfly test , the battery is 2020 mah and get very respectable 45h score in gsm arena dedicated battery test. this is better than xperia z , because htc now always use lithium polymer battery . 2300 mah lithium polymer is almost equal with 2900 mah lithium ion .
Lack of design creativity.. Compare the front side with this http://cdn.pocket-lint.com/images/50qt/blackberry-z10-review-blackberry-10-0.jpg?20130211-183737 and the rear side with this http://www.mobilechoiceuk.com/images/2012/Sony/Xperia_P/Sony_Xperia_P_10.JPG
The design of this phone is the combination of BB Z10 and Iphone 5...the design of the phone is somewhat average for me(At least better than samsung's design)and I hate the layout of capacitive button...But the new sense looks quite promising..but i hope it wont be laggy as previous version of sense...Conclusion: I highly doubt this phone will bring HTC back to skyhigh,i miss old time HTC
Awesome!!!!!!!! Very much impressed by this great device, good job htc. Desperately waiting for it.
its actually a 13MP rear camera f/2.0, 1080p 30fps, and a 2MP front camera also capable of shooting 1080P.
I'm more impressed by the Xperia Z mostly for the water and dust proof and same battery but still thin as 7.9mm vs the 9.3mm on HTC One.
HTC One may win when come to the sound quality, storage and 469ppi screen quality.
But I will choose the Xperia Z over the HTC One even if the two phones are really in the same level.
