I'm genuinely impressed by the HTC One. I will wait for the reviews and especially for the battery test, since 2.300 mA is still on the small side. Let's hope software optimization helps this beast to endure at least one full day of heavy usage like the Note II. On the paper, this is the best smartphone available in the market as of now. Kudos HTC! (coming from a Note II owner)

One simple question, so is the camera equivalent to 13mp? What will be the effect when one zooms while editing? Megapixel is important to me because I use zoom a lot when editing my pictures.

don't all of you read previous article.
"HTC One's ultrapixel camera technology is said to be made up of three 4.3-megapixel sensor layers, which will combine to give a single 4.3 MP image with no interpolation."

4.3 mp x 3 = 12.9

literally comparable to 13 mp...

AnonD-114730, 19 Feb 20134MP camera??Read this carefully:

"Traditional sensors use a Bayer filter, so each pixels captures only a single color. This means a 13MP photo shot with a traditional sensor has 6.5 million green pixels and 3.25 million of red and blue each. The final image has three colors per pixels, but the missing values are interpolated (math is used to calculate their approximate values).

The HTC One sensor will have three layers of pixels stacked on top of each other, each layer capturing one of the three primary colors. Each of the three layers has 4.3 million pixels. So, each ultrapixel will combine real readings from the three layers and even though final resolution will be lower, the actual image quality should be excellent."

It's all about color accuracy and bigger pixels, which - believe it or not - are better than smaller ones.

No sdcard ? even 32 gb is enough for me in phone, but it is must when I need to transfer data and it has lot more usage.
No removable battery? Battery life will fall after few months, I always need extra battery when I travel.
With all great features and specs, HTC fail.
I wished to stick with HTC, but this time Sony xperia Z or samsung galaxy s4 is going to be my choice. Hope GS4 have atleast this two things more than HTC .
