AnonD-115920, 24 Feb 2013images of htc one is far better than that of iPHONE 5.Not sure if iPhone hater or HTC fanboi(or may be both)...
Most of you judge phone by camera alone. That's sad. why don't you looks at the phone as a whole then compare it. With that Xperia z is the winner. Gg
Anonymous, 24 Feb 2013not sure if its ultrapixel or ultrafail :?ultrafail... :-[
as far as i could remember, the CNET guy indicates that what was focused on that lady's picture with sunlight was the face, not the neck, the necklace, the lower part of the hair nor the shirt, but on her face. Why don't you crop the picture at what is being focused?

But not much people care, it only for hardcore symbian ... morecomparing all brands of phones in terms of camera in this site is acceptable,..after all gsmarena deals with phones,..the point is comparing 808 to htc one is useless because we already knew the winner... Thats the reason and not because of the no/less market youve mentioned...

Lumia 920 was good camera as well, the majority using windows phone still not much.
Comparing with no/less market phone was extra useless step.
AnonD-52738, 24 Feb 2013Because it was not so famous windows phone and dead symbian.because they are amazing cameraphone,.talking about 808,.gsmarena and majority of people already knew that it is unbeatable in terms of photo quality,..and it is not fair to compare nokia 808 to htc one,.got it my friend?hehehe pls dont cry,..
But we just have to wait until official samples are released. :) these are just Demo :P
These pictures turned up on a another site last week,
they stated that the HTC photo's were taken on a pre release firmware, so there is a potential for improvement. As you say it's early days!
Ill be honest.. I love a good camera on a device... but for me, everything after and including the iPhone 3GS was more than enough.. This should be fine for what I would need, like all the camera phones :) Bragging rights is another story, but for real use, this is good.
This set photo was origin from CNET. In actual size, HTC did much better in details, exposure and better low light situation.
Review here was incorrect due to the author mistakenly enlarging the photo which impact the actual quality.
