Man and you talk for all apple users I imagine?! Your answer was little bit childish or idiotic...nowadays stylus is not for touch/screen precision (the resistive screen era already passed) but for app precision. For art apps, for signing documents for example...you're just sad because your company is making decisions that Jobs would never aproved but well the guy had vision but he wasn't perfect such as the iOS. Samsung made one mistake in the past with Galaxy S but they evolved and the momentum continues ;) but you can't say the same from Apple. And I'm eager to see where they'll stand when the flexible screen smartphone era beguns (and boy, that era is right around the corner).
In response to the part of your comment about the big screens on phones, HTC has been the first one, with the Touch HD 3.8" in 2008, HD2 with 4.3" in 2007, One x with 4.7" in 2012 and in the same year the Droid DNA with 5.0", also HTC has released first good quality screens, like HD2, One X, Droid DNA and the One... Samsung only have lunched first the 4.99", 5.3" and 5.5"
Owen, 06 Mar 2013I agree. I remember from the very first iPhone keynote, Steve Jobs said "who want's a st... more"... Once you see a stylus, they blew it!" - Jobs referring how better the iPhone is than any other smartphone with a stylus.
Anonymous, 06 Mar 2013Steve Jobs will gonna haunt apple if they do thatI agree.
I remember from the very first iPhone keynote, Steve Jobs said "who want's a stylus? you carry it around, you lose it, yuck!"
Iphone 6 will also have the ability to transport into a dust collector and rubish bin
it is going to feature a 8 rows icons so your stylus can click on them. not your fingers.
Keep on dreaming Apple Fanboys, is like saying Samsung is going to unveil the GS4 with an octa core, upps sammy is really doing it!!
I've seen iPhone 4S owners' artworks in the Sketchbook Flickr group. They needed to use capacitive stylus to be able to do fantastic work. Not just with a finger.
Finally, Apple execs are making sense. Probably thinking of a 5" product. I still wouldn't get an Apple product with the ios limitations.
Anonymous, 06 Mar 2013It looks like a Galaxy Note !you have seen the pic? LOL @ fanboy hatred
A stylus for a 4 inch tiny tiny screen .... man this is the joke of the year if it happens.
Then they call it ... this the first time ever a smartphone has done this and this is the most incredible feature in todays market ... LOL ..i love how apple makes fun of themselves
