screen with 5.0" to 5.5" are the best for guys hands, for ladies 4.0" is the biggest they can hold comfortably.
Anonymous, 07 Mar 2013Lol 5.9 inch screen. That's hilarious. Samsung simply cannot think outside the box.... Samsung cannot think outside box.. So they increase the "box" size. Please.. Can increase the specs without increasing the size?
To compare portability, one need to look at the physical size of these phones.
Note 2: 151.1 x 80.5 x 9.4 mm = 114.3 cc, 121.6 sq.cm
Note 1: 146.9 x 83 x 9.7 mm = 118.3 cc, 121.9 sq.cm
Note2 is only 4.2 mm longer and 2.5 mm shorter than Note1 with almost equal surface area and decrease in volume size of 4 cc.
So, they have managed to fit a larger screen in Note2 without actually increasing the overall size of this phone.
I am now using Note2 and see that there is still scope to reduce its bezel size and fit a larger screen without much increasing the physical size of the phone.
I think the target group of this future Note3 phone will like larger screen size, if there is no or marginal increase in physical size of this phone.
note lll 5,9" note lv 6,9" note v 7,9" note vl 8,9' and so on lol. well who start this bigger screen war?? it's ridiculous. i don't accept the idea of a big phone. for me 3,5" - 4,3" is the best range of screen for a smartphone. if samsung really make the screen 5,9" for note lll well i can't imagine how u use note 3 for calling or accept call. lol
mas39, 07 Mar 2013Why does everyone's intelligence disappear when they comment on here. Time and again people on... moreLol same with ur intelligence, there are already 10inch tabs on the market which can make calls...
G note3 vs. Xperia togari
Exynos octa vs. Snapdragon 800
Amoled.vs. Jdi lcd
That would be the mobile fight of this year!
anonymous1019, 07 Mar 2013that's not a pnone it's a phablet..know what u r commenting :PThe thing is people will use this primarily as a phone... So know what you are replying...

i was hoping for a 6.1/ 6,2inch screen. as im looking to buy this as my next phone. however 5.9 is still good though. mind you it would probably become too big for my pocket if it was 6inch plus. and to those who think you look stupid with such a big phone to your ear... you guys need to rethink what your saying. i mean do you really care what someone else thinks about your phone??? if you do then i feel sorry for you. and secondly it meets my needs of having a larger screen so others can think what they want.
A 5.9 inch phone??? Now thats pushing the limits of the size of a phone...
Whats the problem with the screen sizes, people like it, purchase it, and i love it. When i compare premium games on my note 2 to my ip5...note 2 wins hands down. In fact id still rather have my s2 back any day over my iphone5..iphone=no innovation..just an apple on the back. before judging people really should give it a go
Samsung has intelligence people around them who make researches abt size pf the phones
That why they are so big now n everyone here is their fan. Lets us not argue abt the size of the phone. Lets us prove 6 inch is good on sales or bad. Then we can judge who likes 6 inch or are liars . I think 6 inch gonna the next premium phone size not anything above it
"Samsung Galaxy Note III is also rumored to come out with an AMOLED display.."
A Samsung phone with an AMOLED display? They are really pushing the boat out with these rumours.. /sarcasm
By tweaking the bezel sizes, Samsung will have no problem making it 6". And that's the top of it, no more. If people want bigger than that, they should go for Galaxy Note 8.0, 10.1 and Tab. That's what I believe. Eventually, the S family will also reach its 'fully grown' size at 5". Smaller sizes will be 4" for the Ace and other mid-range models, and 3" for entry-level models like Galaxy Pocket.
JahCre, 07 Mar 2013This gotta be a joke! The note 2 iz already a monster, adding 4 more inches totally ridiculous.P... moreSeveral million people disagree with you. I suppose they could all be wrong and you're right of course?! ROFL!
