pricing of both sp and l are incredibly stupid in india; sp approx 27000 and l claimed to be 22000(l not confirmed though). Sony claims these phones to be mid ranger and low mid ranger respectively, but are priced as if they are higher range phones.

xperia SP in the Philippines would be P22,000 while the xperia L would be P16,000..but if you buy them in the mall ofcourse it would be higher.let's say, plus 2-3k for each???maybe or 4k?...geez can't afford...hope sony would rethink their prices,if they want to beat the other brands..cause sony has the best camera ,,,,and they are the makers of apple's iphone camera...so you know..but they just lack the durability in my opinion if you want to be in the In crowd and waste your money buy iphone, if you want fun/business with durability buy nokia, if you're like jack of all trades means business,fun,pictures,creativeness like drawing and stuff buy samsung, if pictures and music are the things you're into then buy sony,so there..,,anyway..its just my opinion.

I thought Xperia SP will be a killer phone that will eat away some of SGS3's market share, but no, Sony had to make the same price tag as Scamsung's (both Xperia SP and SGS3 cost the same and are more or less the same).
Shame on Sony, up until now they always had competitive prices on their offerings (same specs as Scamsung's offerings but with few percent lower prices).
Too bad! :/
